Prices range from only £11 per night per person, discounted on most weeks of the year.
We serve a nice English breakfast for you from 8AM till 9AM daily.

The room to let (short stay only unless aranged) is near Lowestoft in Suffolk, short distance from Norwich, and many other towns in East Anglia.
Visit the many shows, or Cinema, pubs, beaches, go for fresh country air walks, drive to the lovely beaches and rivers, look at wild life parks, or just take it easy.
Whatever your interests, there's plenty to discover in Suffolk!, well worth exploring on foot. Further afield, there are a fantastic range of National Trust properties, and for art fans, explore the countryside which inspired John Constable's work. This delightful holiday home which is a great base for Suffolk holidays, cosy and comfortable with a home from home feel.

We had a smashing week with Dave & Sophie, the room was very nice, quite location, food was the best we had tasted for years in any B & B or Hotel we have ever visited in UK, plus the towns were smashing, and Norwich was nice for a day out too.
Hello readers, we had a smashing holiday in the lovely countryside and visited many nice seaside resorts and towns, I can honestly tell you we enjoyed every second, time went too fast.
